Train People!

  • Empower your employees to think and act innovatively!
  • Support your employees in being agile and independently running workshops on site.
  • Find out which form of innovation development is advantageous for you and what hinders the success of your innovations.
  • Get trained in tools that allow you to work efficiently on innovations.

i.c.i.c. trains your employees in innovation processes and enables them to carry out innovation workshops or strategic projects with multidisciplinary teams. At the same time, we strengthen your organization in the further development of your innovation culture.

Although we use the practical exercises from your daily work in our training courses, a single training session alone is not enough. Therefore, we rely on the principle of “practice in the house”. During this exercise period (which can take two to four months), we usually set an additional training or workshop. During this time, if you learn on your own  what works well and what challenged you, you will gain significant benefits for further work. One important outcome is that you start coaching each other, and that’s a great experience.

What do we train?

Basically everything can be trained in connection with innovation. But it is good to start with the basics of innovation: the innovation process, the hurdles and help with creativity and innovation culture, to explain the phenomenon of “different thinking” and get involved in daily practical work. We take the best tools for the respective organization from our large toolbox for creativity and innovation.

After training the basics, we usually implement an optimal innovation process. We adapt this process to the current situation in your company/organization. Before that, we often carry out the InnoWINg-Scan©

It was one of the coolest Seminars I’ve ever attended… and there have been many of them. I left with a very positive attitude with plenty of input on a personal level. In my opinion, you are a very pleasant facilitator.
