You want to create innovations effectively in everyday life! Good innovation trainings are one of the first prerequisites and activities that we should undertake. However, training is only the first step, it should be applied later in practice and thus bring tangible benefits to the company.
During the training and based on the theory, we work on numerous problems from the day-to-day work of the company. A high degree of practical orientation, specific tasks after the training and participants’ enthusiasm are the characteristics that clearly characterize our trainings.
In order to enable the maximum effect of a training, we recommend additionally planning a follow-up workshop/training in advance. This gives the participants the opportunity to try out the innovation tools in practice and to exchange experiences in an intensive and instructive workshop.
