At the same time, we strengthen your organization in the further development of your innovation culture.<\/p>\n<p>Although we use the practical exercises from your daily work in our training courses, a single training session alone is not enough. Therefore, we rely on the principle of &#8220;practice in the house&#8221;. During this exercise period (which can take two to four months), we usually set an additional training or workshop. During this time, if you learn on your own \u00a0what works well and what challenged you, you will gain significant benefits for further work.
